Working with others, problem solving and collaborating with diverse groups keeps Steph challenged, motivated and happy. Building systems and structures across multiple departments allows Steph to connect, organize and create to her heart's content. She loves making people laugh, but even more, she loves to make others feel confident, competent and proud in who they are and what they do in the world.
Steph is currently an Innovation Specialist in the Boulder Valley School District where she supports teams of teachers shift their thinking on how to design innovative learning environments.
She is a former Instructional Technology Coordinator in the St.Vrain Valley School District where she designed, developed and lead research-based professional development workshops & trainings in various methods including face to face, blended learning, online modules, instructional videos & guides.
As a former international secondary science teacher, Steph approaches her work with the curious student in mind, building critical thinking and hands on technology skills for their future.
Steph is an Apple Distinguished Educator and a Google Certified Innovator.
